AAU Cheerleading Rules

AAU Cheerleading follows the USASF (US All Star Federation) rules, as modified by the 2011/2012 AAU Cheerleading Rulebook.

		AAU Cheerleading Rulebook (complete book) Appendix A AAU Cheer Divisions for the 2011-2012 Cheer Season Appendix B General Safety Rules and Routine Requirements (Level 1-6 Team Rules) Appendix C Penalties, Deduction and Team Max Scores Appendix D Solo Rules Crowd Leader Rules and Jump Solo Rules Pom Squad Stunt Team Tumbling Guidelines Appendix J Scoresheets
		Note: AAU will be following the new 4.2 Divsion, Level 4.2 follows Level 4 rules for stunts/Pyramids/Dismounts and Tosses and Level 2 rules for General Tumbling/Standing Tumbling and Running tumbling. It is offered only in "Senior Open". This level will be effective immediately.
